- Chameleon Setup Chameleons require a tall, spacious enclosure with plenty of ventilation, UVB lighting, a basking area and controlled humidity. Their enclosure should include branches, vines and plenty of foliage to allow natural climbing, hiding and basking. A misting system, thermostat, thermometer and hygrometer are also essential to maintain the correct environment. Setup requirements vary depending on the species and age of your chameleon.

- Live insects (crickets, locusts) gut loaded and dusted, fed daily for younger animals. Young chameleons eat fruit flies.
